Leslie’s logo suite is all about words acting as art. The logos are bold, edgy and full of character – much like her writing style. Her style of writing is also mirrored in the puzzle-like arrangement of the letters and how each has it’s perfect placement – big picture, down to the minute details.

The shadow effect is a nod at how Leslie always makes sure to dig deep and get to know her clients’ mission and personality in-depth – instead of just surface-level – before tackling their writing projects.

The upside-down “i” is quirky and adds interest and movement throughout the logo. It can also be interpreted as an exclamation point, which is an irony to Leslie despising the overuse of exclamation points in copywriting.

“Leslie” is the dominant word in the logos, keeping a casual and approachable feel. The fonts used are clean-line and modern, balancing out the vibrant color palette and bold style.

The submark is abstract art with its perfectly balanced colors and collaged elements – sure to keep the viewer interested and intrigued.
